These terms govern your use of the Bell WebDev website (bellwebdev.com) and, where applicable, the web development services described on it. Bell WebDev is a service of Bell Technology Solutions LLC. By using this site or engaging Bell WebDev for services, you agree to these terms.

Use of This Website

This site and its content (text, images, code samples, and design) are the property of Bell WebDev unless otherwise noted, and are provided for informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose site content for commercial use without permission.

Portfolio items shown on this site represent past work. Client names, logos, or project details are displayed with permission or in a manner intended to avoid disclosing confidential information.

Service Engagements

The pricing tiers, timelines, and feature lists on the Services page are starting points, not fixed quotes. Actual scope, price, and delivery timeline for any project are confirmed in writing (a proposal, invoice, or agreement) before work begins. These terms don't replace a signed project agreement; where the two conflict, the signed agreement controls.

Payment. Payment terms (deposit, milestones, final payment) are set out in the individual project agreement.

Revisions and scope changes. Work outside the agreed scope of a project may be billed separately or require a revised agreement.

Ownership. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables (site code, design files) transfers to the client upon full payment. Bell WebDev retains the right to display completed work in a portfolio.

Timelines. Delivery timelines listed on this site are estimates. Actual timelines depend on project scope, client responsiveness, and content delivery.

This site and any information on it are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Bell WebDev makes no guarantee that the site will be error free, uninterrupted, or fully secure.

Limitation of Liability
